Payment for your order can be made using credit or debit card, by cash or cheque or by bank transfer. Payment can be made online using our automated checkout service, by telephone or fax – to place your order by telephone, call us on 020 8838 9440 (International: +44 20 8838 9440).
Credit or Debit Cards
We accept all major credit or debit cards.
To pay using your PayPal account, simply confirm this option during checkout and follow the on-screen process to log into your PayPal account as usual. You will be returned to our website to complete checkout once payment has been confirmed.
Cash or Cheque Payment
The following conditions apply to cash or cheque payments:
- cash payment can only be accepted for orders that will be collected. Collections need to be arranged in advance and can be made either from our Head Office or from The Whisky Exchange at Covent Garden.
- payment can be made by cheque but we can only release an order once the cheque has cleared which can take anything from four to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Please write your order reference number on the back of the cheque and send it to us at our Head Office.
We are happy to accept bank transfers, but a $16.64 fee will be levied to cover bank charges for customers outside the UK. If you accept this charge, please make your payment to the bank details we email you when the order has been confirmed.
Besides making payments in pound sterling (£), customers are also able to pay using either US dollars ($) and euros (€). To display prices in either of these currencies, please click on the flag and basket icons in the top-right corner of the page, and select the currency in which you wish to pay, along with the country where you would like your order to be delivered.
